The Cree Mineral Exploration Board (hereafter «CMEB») understands your concerns about the privacy and security of your personal information. The purpose for which personal information is collected is to provide customized service to you. Applicants to CMEB's programs (hereafter «Applicants») may be required to provide us with information so that we may process their requests and maintain accurate records for financial purposes.

Personal information collected from Applicants may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your home and/or work address
• Banking information for payments to be issued

All information will be collected by fair and lawful means.

Who Can Access Your Personal Information?

Strict controls are in place regarding who can access the personal information you provide to the CMEB.

Would the CMEB Share Your Personal Information With Anyone Else?

Your personal information will not be shared for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected, except with the individual's permission or as mandated by law.
